Shipping Terms & Conditions

Once your order has successfully been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. 95% of orders ship on the same or next business day. 

Shipping times will vary depending on the contents of your order, your location and the shipping method chosen. 

New Town Toyota does not offer shipping outside Australia.

Free Shipping (When offered):  When free shipping is offered we select a courier based on your location and address type. 

Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is usually a road service Australia Wide. With this option we offer you a range of carriers to select from. (Excludes eBay)

Express shipping: is either an air, or fast road service Australia Wide. When selected the service will show if it is air or fast road prior to checkout. You can change your selection anytime before completing checkout. With this option we offer you a range of carriers to select from. (Excludes eBay)

Pickup: Pick-up is available between 8:30am - 5:00pm WST Monday to Friday and 9:00am - 12:00pm Saturday, from New Town Toyota, 10 Forward street, East Victoria Park WA 6101. We accept cash on pickup. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection.

IMPORTANT: 

1. Orders heavier than 22kg are not able to be shipped PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. 

2. Delivery to remote areas may experience times that differ or are longer to that shown. 

3. If you are not at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery then the driver will leave a card. We suggest using an address where someone will usually be present during the day. 

4. With Australia Post you can usually collect from your local post office. For most other carriers you will have to collect from their depot as we DO NOT cover the cost of re-delivery. 

5. We can arrange a re-delivery for you however the carriers usually charge a fee for this. The fee varies depending on the carrier but is usually between $12 - $25. You will be required to pay this fee in advance prior to a re-delivery being arranged.
